Finance & Accounting Manager (CZ&SK) - farmaceutická společnost / Praha

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement financial policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cost planning, and tax compliance
• Lead financial audits and coordinate purchasing processes.
• Manage interactions with tax authorities, auditors, and banks
• Supervise and develop a small finance team in both CZ and SK

What You Bring:

• University degree - Economics or Management
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Expertise in IFRS reporting and Czech fiscal regulations
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Proficiency in SAP and financial management tools
