Outplacement is specialized advice and support for managers who leave the company of the client. We support the leaving manager by searching for possible new placements in the labor market. With this service we help our clients keep a good image regarding personnel marketing.

The Pharmonia Outplacement process consists the following phases:

Initial phase

Based on personal interviews with the manager, we define his profession and personal profile. Further on we discuss possible challenges and possibilities with him for a new placement in the labor market.

Information phase

We proactively synthesize all information regarding new employment opportunities according to the career history and personal focus of the participient. We are also approaching the most suitable Executive Search recruiters and potential employers (the manager doesnť have the feeling to be an applicant).

Supporting phase

We support the participant with specific interview techniques and presentation skills for each interview regarding the specific job, company culture and interview procedures of the given company.
