We are looking for consultants in the field of Life Sciences. We are also interested in recruitment experts from other areas who would like to have their experience applied in building a new division, either as consultants or to build their own team.

What will your day look like:

• In the morning, during coffee or tea, you go through the advertisement or answers to the assigned positions and invite suitable candidates for interviews by phone.
• Awaits you your daily work with our database, on social networks, where you will also search for and address selected candidates.
• You will communicate primarily by phone and e-mail with entrusted clients from pharmaceutical companies and take care of their recruitment needs.
• You also have meetings with clients to build good relationships.
• You will have smiling colleagues around you who will be happy to help you when needed.

• At least a bachelor's degree
• English at a communicative level
• We take user knowledge of working with MS Office for granted
• You should have experience with social networks (LI, FB), the advantage is to have an active profile on LinkedIn
• You need to have the desire to work with people every day, to have empathy, determination and energy
• Be able to establish and build relationships with clients and be positive
• The advantage is experience in a recruitment agency or in sales

• You are an experienced consultant and you already know what to do to be successful

• Have experience from a staffing agency with demonstrable success, knowledge of their field and with clients who want to continue working with you 
• At least a bachelor's degree 
• English at a communicative level
